HSE Officer

Job Summary We are seeking experienced HSE Officers to support and maintain a safe working environment across the facility. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting safety inspections and risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture among employees. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across the facility. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and company safety standards. Conduct HSE training and safety awareness sessions for employees. Monitor proper use of PPE and ensure compliance with safety requirements. Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation. Identify potential workplace hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Promote a strong health and safety culture within the organisation. Requirements HND or B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or a related field. 2 - 5 years of proven experience in an HSE role. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. Excellent observation and risk assessment skills. Experience conducting HSE training is an advantage. Candidates must have practical HSE experience; fresh graduates are not eligible. NEBOSH IGC, ISPON, OSHA, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
