Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HSE Supervisor to support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across project sites, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures across project sites.
Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
Supervise daily HSE activities and promote safe work practices.
Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training programs.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety requirements.
Maintain HSE records and reporting documentation.
Support internal and external HSE audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years' HSE experience, including project-based exposure.
Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely).
Good knowledge of HSE regulations and industry practices.
Strong communication and supervisory skills.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop junior personnel, supporting continuous capability development within the HSE team.
