Key Duties
Implement and enforce HSSE policies, safety plans, and regulatory compliance across sites.
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, training, and toolbox talks to maintain safe operations.
Investigate incidents and near misses, maintain HSSE records, and recommend corrective actions.
Promote a strong safety culture by monitoring PPE use, subcontractor compliance, and emergency preparedness.
Requirements:
2—4 years HSSE experience (construction preferred).
HSE/NEBOSH/IOSH certifications.
Strong safety compliance and reporting skills.
