Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead the full employee lifecycle while driving talent development, leadership capability, workforce planning, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness across a growing and dynamic organization.

About the Role


As the senior Human Capital professional within the business, you will be responsible for delivering an integrated people strategy that attracts, develops, engages and retains talent while ensuring operational excellence across the Human Capital function.
You will partner closely with leaders across the organization to ensure that workforce capability, leadership development and employee experience support both current business priorities and future growth.
Success in this role will be measured not only by strategy development, but by your ability to implement initiatives, deliver outcomes and create meaningful impact.


Key Responsibilities

Human Capital Leadership


Lead and deliver the Human Capital strategy and operational plan.
Partner with leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives.
Drive Human Capital projects and initiatives from concept through to implementation.
Monitor and report on Human Capital metrics, trends and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and Human Capital governance requirements.


Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning


Lead recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.
Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
Improve recruitment effectiveness, candidate experience and quality of hire.
Ensure workforce plans are translated into practical actions and measurable outcomes.


Learning, Talent & Leadership Development


Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned to business priorities.
Lead leadership development, coaching and mentoring programmes.
Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
Build organizational capability through targeted development interventions.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.


Performance & Organizational Effectiveness


Lead the performance management process across the organization.
Support managers in driving accountability and performance excellence.
Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
Facilitate change and transformation initiatives where required.


Employee Experience & Employee Relations


Lead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture.
Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance to leaders.
Implement actions that improve employee experience, retention and engagement.


Payroll & Human Capital Operations


Oversee payroll governance and Human Capital administration.
Ensure accurate reporting, compliance and operational excellence.
Continuously improve Human Capital systems, processes and service delivery.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership Development or Business Administration will be advantageous.
Professional Human Capital registration or membership will be advantageous.
Coaching or leadership development certification will be beneficial.


Experience


7 - 10 years' Human Capital experience across multiple disciplines.
Minimum 3 - 5 years in a Human Capital management role.
Demonstrated experience in talent management, learning and development, leadership development and workforce planning.
Experience managing employee relations and payroll oversight.
Proven ability to successfully implement Human Capital initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
