Duties and responsibilities
Drafting letters, memos and circulars.
Providing administrative support to staff in the section including reservation and receiving stationery, keeping records and monitoring consumption.
Filing and retrieving of employee records and section files.
Receiving job applications and compiling data for shortlisting; Inviting candidates and panelists for interviews and distributing interview packs.
Qualifications
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Must be Prepared to serve anywhere in any of the business areas in Kenya
