Responsibilities


Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices across client companies.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Prepare and manage employee documentation.
Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and ensure proper documentation.
Provide support in handling employee relations issues and workplace concerns.
Assist in managing disciplinary procedures, investigations, and conflict resolution processes.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
Assist in conducting HR audits and reviewing HR processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to assigned client organizations.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for management review.
Support the coordination of training and development initiatives for client organizations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information at all times.
Participate in HR strategy discussions and organizational development initiatives when required.


Requirements


B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
3 - 4 years relevant Human Resources experience.
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
HR professional certification (CIPM, PHR, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
