Key responsibilities:


Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate HR records, staff files, and time & attendance systems.
Assist in implementing HR policies, performance tracking, and disciplinary documentation.
Coordinate staff welfare, training logistics, and communication of HR updates.
Liaise with payroll and administrative teams to ensure smooth HR processes.


Qualifications & experience:


Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
CHRP certification or ongoing enrollment is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years' HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
