Responsibilities


Manage onboarding and offboarding end-to-end (offers, contracts, documentation, orientation, exit documentation).
Maintain accurate employee records (physical & digital) and ensure confidentiality of HR files.
Manage probation confirmations, confirmations documentation, and staff data updates.
Coordinate recruitment logistics (job postings, CV shortlisting support, interview scheduling, reference checks, offer documentation).
Maintain a hiring tracker and recruitment status updates for leadership.
Coordinate onboarding plans with hiring managers (role expectations, first-week plan, tools, access).
Administer leave, attendance, and time-off processes; produce monthly leave/attendance reports.
Coordinate performance cycles (KPI/OKR templates, reminders, documentation, scorecard collation).
Track training needs and coordinate training logistics (internal sessions, vendors, attendance).
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain the annual engagement calendar.
Support implementation of company policies and ensure employees acknowledge required policies.
Support disciplinary documentation and HR case file management under leadership direction.
Manage CEO calendar, meeting scheduling, reminders, and meeting preparation.
Prepare meeting packs, agendas, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
Coordinate internal leadership meetings and ensure actions are tracked and closed.
Handle sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism.
Support travel logistics, itinerary planning, and expense documentation as required.
Manage office administration (supplies, vendors, utilities, facility requests).
Coordinate documentation, courier/logistics for office use, and basic procurement requests.
Support internal events logistics (townhalls, staff sessions, trainings, client meetings where needed).
Any other tasks that may be assigned.

Educational Qualification & Requirements


Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or any other relevant field.
2 - 5 years experience in HR operations, admin, and/or executive support within a structured corporate environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes (onboarding, documentation, leave, ER support).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs/Word, PowerPoint/Slides).
Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Good knowledge of Business Management, Project Management and Team Management.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skill.
