Excel and Grace Consulting - Our client, reputable transportation company is recruiting to fill the position of: Human Resource Generalist. The position is located in Okota, Lagos State. Salary: N700,000 Monthly. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of HR management, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry. Interested candidates should posses a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or a related industry.
