We are a Christian school seeking a qualified Human Resource (HR) Intern to support administrative, clerical, and logistical HR functions, including records management, recruitment support, leave tracking, staff welfare activities, and general HR office operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize staff files, including contracts, appraisals, leave forms, certificates and retrieve documents for audits or HR processes.
Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing recruitment materials and organizing onboarding packages for new employees.
Maintain attendance registers, update leave records and support follow-ups on discrepancies while notifying HR Officers of payroll-related adjustments.
Respond to HR-related queries about policies, procedures, forms and handle document requests under supervision.
Support staff welfare activities, meetings, recognition events and assist in ensuring employee files are complete with compliance notices fully updated.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Membership with IHRM (or similar professional body).
Minimum 1 year in HR roles.
Valid certificate of good conduct.
