Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Help conduct initial HR interviews
Onboarding & Employee Records
Assist in onboarding new hires (documentation, orientation)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Ensure employee files are updated and organized
HR Administration
Support day-to-day HR operations
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports
Assist in payroll data preparation (if applicable)
Employee Engagement
Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Support internal communication initiatives
Assist in surveys and feedback collection
Policy & Compliance Support
Help ensure HR policies are followedÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Assist in updating HR policies and handbooksÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂRequirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources.
Basic understanding of HR principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and confidentiality
