Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
Monitor and manage staff attendance records.
Ensure onboarding for new employees is done as per standard
Support in organizing employee engagement and development activities and other HR related activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling official correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, and letters.
Requirements
B.Sc., or HND in business administration or any related field
Minimum of 0-1 year working experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills, resourceful thinking and smart
Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
