Duties and Responsibilities

This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a Senior Officer. Duties and responsibilities will entail: -


Verifying information relating to recruitment, appointments, promotions, transfers and human resource management information systems;
Processing cases for the County Human Resource Management Advisory Committee;
Assisting in Implementation of human resource management decisions within existing rules, regulations and procedures; and
Supervising and guiding clerical staff in the Division/Section.


Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:


Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Personnel Management, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya; and
Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institution.
