Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee data, update employee records in databases, and ensure data integrity;
Monitor performance appraisal processes;
Advise employees on county policies, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations; and
Coordinate training programs, training logistics, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must be in possession of:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
At least 3 years experience in a relevant field;
Proficiency in computer applications; and
Membership of IHRM
