Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Manage employee attendance, leave, performance, disciplinary matters, and other employee relations issues.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, training, and development programmes.
Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant workforce insights.
Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and address people-related challenges.
Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate and timely submission of relevant employee information and attendance.
Promote employee engagement, workplace culture, and staff welfare initiatives.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
4 - 6 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Professional HR certification such as CIPM is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and labour practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
