Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning processes.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development programs.
Guide management on employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Manage compensation and benefits administration and recommend competitive reward practices.
Coordinate learning and development initiatives to build organizational capability.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports and metrics.
Support change management initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Oversee HR budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be CHRP(K), certified, and possess an IHRM full membership status
7 - 10 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a busy and large-scale FMCG manufacturing industry.
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
