3+ years (2+ managerial)


QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor's in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
Registered IHRM Kenya member with valid practicing certificate 3+ years progressive HR experience, 2+ in a managerial role
Thorough knowledge of the Employment Act & Kenyan labour law
HR policy, systems & compliance Recruitment, onboarding & exit processes . .
