Academic Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Management
Professional HR certification (e.g. IHRM, CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable
Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations (e.g. Employment Act, Labour Relations Act)

Work Experience
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management
At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role
Experience in an educational institution or faith-based organization is an added advantage
