Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while supporting the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation
Foster a positive workplace culture that supports productivity and employee engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years experience in HR management or a similar role
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be female and preferably reside within or close to Sangotedo.
