Job Summary


Our client seeks to hire a results-driven HR Manager to oversee and drive people management strategies across the organization.
The role requires a strong HR generalist with solid experience in recruitment, performance management, and organizational development, with the ability to build structure, improve processes, and enhance workforce productivity.


Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Drive the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes across the organization.
Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
Develop and implement people development initiatives to improve employee performance and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, fostering trust and a positive work environment.
Monitor and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Manage HR reporting, workforce data, and organizational structure across multiple business locations.
Support leadership in driving productivity, culture, and performance across teams.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Provide guidance to management on people-related matters and organizational development.


Key Requirements


B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a HR Lead function.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience within the travel, hospitality, aviation, or service-driven industry is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS platforms).
Proven ability to drive people processes and organizational development initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience managing HR operations across multiple business locations is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent thinking ability.
Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive employee productivity.
