Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of HR experience.
Working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act.
CIPM certification or ongoing studies is an advantage.
Manufacturing, healthcare, or FMCG experience is an added advantage.
Good Excel, documentation, and report-writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding.
Employee relations and disciplinary management.
HR documentation and records management.
Performance reviews, incentives, and promotions.
Benefits administration (HMO, pension, GLI, and leave).
Labour law compliance.
Staff training and workplace safety.
Monthly HR reporting to management.
