Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate recruitment processes including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Facilitate orientation and induction for new employees.
Employee Records & HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Ensure proper filing of personnel documents and statutory records.
Prepare HR reports including headcount, leave status, absenteeism, and turnover reports.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, overtime, and leave data.
