Ensure that all staff documentations and details are up to date and easily retrievable.
Batching of staff document
Effectively manage and coordinate issues concerning staff safety, welfare and health.
Verification of result
Staff Leave Advice to staff members proceeding on leave
Issuing of offer letters to new hires
Computation of Performance Induce Pay for credit and Outreach Unit.
Filling and compilation of Annual Appraisal form staff members
Employee services and counselling.
Preparation and remittance of Pension Fund Administration
Development of an employee-orientated company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Computing and administering staff payroll.
Relate with all departments.
Report to Head Human Capital Management.
Job Responsibilties for Training and Development Manager
Development and training
Adherence to and implementation of training plan calendar for the year
Ensuring all staff members have minimum of 30 hours of classroom training time per year.
Effective maintenance of facilities at the training school.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 4 years experience.
