We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple branches.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
Support branch managers with HR matters Handle employee relations and staff performance
Maintain HR records and ensure labor law compliance
Assist with workforce planning and staff scheduling
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
4-6 years HR experience (retail or multi-branch experience is an added advantage)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in recruitment and employee relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
