Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for middle and junior cadre positions.
Ensuring alignment with company policy and objectives.
Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks.
Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Manage and maintain an efficient HR filing system, including personnel and subject files, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Administer employee exit processes, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company policy.
Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.
Lead or participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
Prepare and collate HR data for monthly management review reports.
Generate and distribute monthly probationary reports, ensuring timely communication with supervisors.
Oversee the preparation and distribution of daily attendance reports .
Analyse HR data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
Qualifications .
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in the HR department in the manufacturing and industrial sector .
Strong understanding of Kenyan labour law and statutory requirements.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Experience with HR systems / payroll software is an advantage.
