Job Description
Assist the Chinese HR manager in completing departmental tasks;
Responsible for tracking and implementing the daily work;
Responsible for local recruitment and on boarding of new staff;
Responsible for attendance and salary input/calculation and other benefits.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors related to human resource management, enterprise management, etc.
At least 5 years of HR work experience, and at least 3years of manager/supervisor position experience.
Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit;
Must be computer literate and expert in Microsoft office.
