Overview
FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support human resource operations and administrative processes.
The successful candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, record management, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in a structured work environment.
Ultimately, you will support the smooth execution of HR processes while ensuring compliance, organization, and professionalism across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records.
Requirements
Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree n Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a full cycle Human Resources role.
Must be resident within Abuja (FCT).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
