The ideal candidate is a dynamic Human Resources and Business Partner with strong leadership, communication, and organizational development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Hospital Standards Management by auditing, monitoring, and evaluating the business impact of key organizational processes and recommending improvements.
Lead Strategic Relations Management by driving stakeholder engagement initiatives across the institution.
Drive overall business performance through lead-planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of strategic and operational initiatives.
Provide administrative leadership to the Hospital Management Team to enhance effective decision-making and business alignment.
In consultation with the CEO, shall schedule and manage the Senior Management Team calendar, prepare and take minutes for the board of directors under the guidance of the HR director.
Requirements.
Minimum 3 years' experience working as an HRBP/ Business Administrative Executive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a Business-Related course with specialization in Human Resources Management.
CHRP Certification will be an added advantage
Excellent Corporate Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage/Lead Organizational Development
