Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Having a Master's Degree is an added advantage with 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering; Specific experience in industries related to Agro-pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar highly regulated sector is advantageous.
