Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
The role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and driving HR initiatives that improve business performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Support recruitment efforts and ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
Advise managers on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Monitor employee engagement and recommend improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
Support change management initiatives across departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 7 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR or HRBP role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
