Job Summary


The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
The role involves managing core HR functions including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to drive business success.


Key Responsibilities


Act as a strategic advisor to management on HR-related matters.
Drive recruitment and talent acquisition processes to meet business needs.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Implement performance management systems and support employee development.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support learning and development initiatives across departments.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
Coordinate HR operations including onboarding, exit management, and documentation.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4 - 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
