Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
This role is essential in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization's people management strategies.


Responsibilities


Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting Job Description s, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new hires (contracts, orientation, document collection) and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in resolving workplace issues and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Assist in the preparation of payroll by ensuring accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records. Ensure company policies comply with local labor laws.
Support the annual performance review cycle, including preparing forms, tracking deadlines, and advising managers on best practices.
Maintain and update employee personnel files (both physical and digital HRIS) with 100% accuracy.
Assist in identifying training needs within the organization. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars, and help track employee completion and feedback.
Communicate HR policies and procedures to staff and ensure they are consistently understood and followed.
Generate monthly or quarterly HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover rates, absenteeism). use data to provide insights to management regarding workforce trends and retention strategies.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role.
Solid understanding of local labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., SS contributions, tax regulations, termination procedures).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Tools, and experience with HRIS software is an added advantage.
Proven experience in handling high-volume recruitment or specialized recruitment roles, including the ability to source passive candidates.
Demonstrated ability to mediate conflicts and facilitate discussions between employees and management to achieve amicable resolutions.
Experience in leading or participating in HR projects (such as implementing a new HRIS, updating the employee handbook, or organizing company events) and delivering them on time.
