Job Purpose


We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our people strategy. You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture, ensuring absolute compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws, and acting as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate is a "human-centric" leader who balances business goals with employee well-being.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized roles; implement robust onboarding and retention programs.
Performance Management: Design and oversee a fair, transparent, and result-oriented appraisal system (KPIs, OKRs).
Industrial Relations & Compliance: Ensure the company is 100% compliant with the Nigerian Labour Act, Pension Reform Act, and ITF/NSITF requirements.
Compensation & Benefits: Review and optimize salary structures and benefit packages to stay competitive in the Lagos market.
Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate high-impact training sessions for staff at all levels.
Employee Engagement: Foster a workplace culture of accountability, ethics, and open communication.


Qualifications & Requirements


Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (M.Sc. or MBA) is a strong advantage.
Certifications: Professional certification is a strong advantage (CIPM, PHRi, SPHRi, or SHRM-CP).
Technical Skills: Mastery of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to influence at the boardroom level.
