Recruit, screen and onboard security guards and staff
Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
Handle employee relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and security industry regulations
Support training, deployment, and performance management
Bachelor\\\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience of at least 3 years in HR Management
