A well-established company within the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full Human Resources function.
Minimum requirements:
HR Management qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification
Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology will be advantageous
5 years' HR Management experience within a medium to large organisation
3 Years' experience managing Sage VIP Payroll for more than 300 employees
Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
Experience with Employment Equity, Social and Labour Plans, and compliance reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
