Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the Company's HR function and drive people strategies that support business growth. The successful candidate will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and HR operations while partnering with leadership to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Advise Management on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee matters.
Develop and monitor HR KPIs, metrics, and reports to support decision-making.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Build talent pipelines and ensure timely recruitment of quality candidates.
Support succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
Drive the Company's performance management system, including KPI development, appraisals, and improvement plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
Oversee compensation administration, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Lead and develop the HR team while promoting a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Drive HR process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is required.
Minimum of 7 years' HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the automobile, manufacturing, or engineering industry is an added advantage.
