Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline 12 - 15 years of progressive HR experience within the FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or FinTech sectors. Additional postgraduate or professional qualifications will be highly desirable.
