KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Human Resources Manager will:
Lead the full HR function, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
Drive culture transformation and strengthen staff engagement across all branches
Ensure full compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Oversee talent acquisition and build strong leadership pipelines
Manage disciplinary processes, staff welfare, and employee grievance handling
Provide strategic HR advisory to senior leadership and support organisational growth
Implement HRIS, policies, systems, and process improvements for operational excellence
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
We're looking for candidates with:
Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or related field (Higher qualification/CHRP is an added advantage)
Minimum 5 - 7 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
MUST have experience in the microfinance industry
Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
High integrity, confidentiality, and strong organisational judgement
