Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR functions at Reverse Aesthetics.
The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Responsibilities


Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisals
Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
Collaborate with management to align HR strategy with business objectives
Track and report on HR-related KPIs, including employee performance, attendance, and compliance metrics
Ensure all departments comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.


Education & Experience


Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare, services, or corporate environments
Experience managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR systems


Skills & Competencies:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Leadership and team management skills.
