You will be responsible for sourcing top tech talent, driving our OKR frameworks, and fostering a culture that empowers every employee to innovate.
What you'll do:
Talent Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, media, and engineering roles.
Performance: Oversee KPIs/OKRs and drive a culture of continuous feedback.
Growth: Design L&D programs and career pathways for our talent.
Compliance: Ensure excellence in HR operations and Nigerian Labour Law alignment.
Strategy: Partner with the MD/CEO to optimize our organizational structure.
What we're looking for:
5 - 7 years of HR experience (with 3+ years in management).
Proven track record in Tech, Software, or Consulting environments.
Strong mastery of performance management systems and employee relations.
Exceptional emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
