Responsibilties
Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.
Lead recruitment process, onboarding and off boarding of staff
Manage staff performance and welfare packages
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Provide detailed HR reports to management teams.
Leading new starter company inductions.
Manage talent pools ,
Overseeing training and development of employees.
Administer financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Accounting background is an added advantage.
Must be a Female.
