We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to provide leadership and direction for the Human Resources function within our Shared Services Department.
In this role, you will oversee HR operations, talent acquisition and development, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and policy implementation. You will also play a key role in driving a high-performance culture, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring that HR strategies remain aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources Management, ideally with some independent P&L responsibilities.
At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide projects and programmes.
