Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Human Resources Officer to manage and support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, learning and development, and general HR operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving initiatives, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee relations by addressing staff concerns, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs to support employee growth.
Manage payroll related HR documentation, leave administration, attendance tracking, and other employee welfare processes.
Support staff engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and culture building activities.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation to support management decision making.
Provide day to day HR operational and administrative support across all departments.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of relevant HR experience (experience across multiple HR functions is an added advantage).
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems/tools.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
