Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of employee leave cases, from intake to return-to-work.
Administer programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, Short-Term Disability, and Workers' Compensation.
Serve as the primary contact for employees, supervisors, and client leadership on leave-related matters.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and HR teams to ensure seamless communication.
Provide trusted guidance to clients on leave management best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of experience in leave management, employee relations, or benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and disability coordination.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
