IBM Senior Technical Specialist at Ovations Technologies

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Specialist with strong IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience to join a technical team supporting and enhancing enterprise content management solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Configure and support solutions using the IBM Content Management suite
Work with IBM Content Manager, IBM Content Manager OnDemand, IBM Content Navigator and IBM Records Manager
Implement, install, upgrade and maintain IBM-related third-party packages
Develop and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures
Perform task estimations and provide work allocation recommendations
Execute and support Disaster Recovery processes and testing
Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Maintain and enhance systems according to business requirements and approved technology standards
Provide production support and participate in standby duties
Evaluate products and technologies
Report on technical task progress
Share knowledge and support team members


Requirements


Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
Minimum 5 years' IBM Content Management experience
Strong experience with:
IBM Content Manager
IBM Content Manager OnDemand
IBM Content Navigator
