Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Multimedia Design, or related fields; Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft 365, or related qualifications will be an advantage with a minimum of 3 years work experience in ICT support or administration.
