About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Implementation Manager responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing client onboarding and implementation projects from end to end. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition for new clients by setting up effective operational processes and guaranteeing that all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality.
Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to execute deliverables.
Act as the main point of contact for new clients throughout implementation.
Conduct kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, and follow-ups.
Translate client needs into operational workflows and system configurations.
Configure, test, and validate systems, processes, and tools.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Identify and resolve risks or issues proactively.
Report project progress to leadership and escalate risks when needed.
Document learnings and contribute to best practices and SOPs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related fields.
3 - 5 years of experience in Implementation, Project Management, Account Management, Implementation Management, or related roles.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work night shifts (Kenya time zone).
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS environments, HR services, staffing, or BPO.
Experience with CRM tools and project management software.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
