Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
Provide clear and accurate technical advice on lubricants, engine oils, transmission fluids, brake fluids, and related automotive products
Build strong product knowledge across all inventory to support effective sales
Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and organization within the store
Monitor stock levels and support restocking and inventory control processes
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records where required
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Stay updated on product specifications, new arrivals, and industry trends.
