Job Description :
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and sales-driven individual who will manage our social media presence and actively sell to both online and walk-in customers. The ideal candidate must be confident, creative, and able to engage customers both digitally and physically.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging content and sell products on TikTok and other social media platforms
Respond to customer inquiries and convert them into sales
Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
Actively market and promote products to people within the garden area
Maintain a clean and attractive store environment
Assist with stock organization and basic record keeping
Requirements:
Must live in or around Lugbe (very important)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking on camera and engaging customers
Basic knowledge of social media (especially TikTok)
Sales experience is an added advantage
Must be proactive, reliable, and hardworking
