Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Tracking: Monitor inbound couriers using GPS and telematics systems.
Allocation: Assign the right courier size to the correct commodity/load type.
Live Updates: Share real-time inbound trip updates with relevant stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify and call out risks (delays, breakdowns, congestion) impacting inbound schedules.
Visibility: Maintain and share inbound visibility reports and dashboards.
Collaboration: Work with Control Tower Analyst to integrate inbound data into overall CT reporting.
Compliance: Ensure all inbound movements comply with SOPs and KPIs set.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
Hands-on experience with tracking systems and fleet management.
Strong understanding of data processing techniques.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
